Reproductive History

- No more than 5 vaginal births or 2 to 3 C-sections (clinic-dependent).
- Currently raising your own child
Health Requirements
- BMI generally between 18–32.
- No major medical conditions that could affect pregnancy.
- Must be off all nicotine, including vaping, for a set period (often 6+ months).
- No illicit drug use; must be willing to undergo screening.
- Not currently taking anxiety/depression medications.
- Must pass a full medical workup at the IVF clinic:
- Bloodwork + infectious disease screening
- Uterine evaluation
- General physical exam (BMI, blood pressure, thyroid levels, etc.)
Livestyle Requirements
- Stable living situation with a good support system.
- Reliable transportation.
- Not reliant on financial support (SNAP, WIC)
- Supportive home environment (partner must consent if in a relationship).
Psychological Requirements
- Must complete a psychological evaluation with partner, if in a relationship.
- Meet with a licensed therapist for screening.
- Demonstrate emotional readiness and understanding of the surrogacy process.
Legal Requirements
- U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
- Must live in a surrogacy-friendly state.
- Clear legal history (no major criminal record; background check required).
