Once it was confirmed that the embryo transfer was successful, the reproductive clinic scheduled me for the first ultrasound. On the date of the appointment, I was 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant.  Here's an interesting fact most people aren't aware of: on the day of the embryo transfer, I was already considered 2w5d pregnant!
